Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Snapbrix API platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms. We will record the date and version of the Terms you accepted; that version governs your account unless you explicitly accept a newer version.

2. Description of Service

Snapbrix provides a unified API platform ("middleware") that aggregates access to multiple data and functionality modules — including but not limited to weather, geolocation, CRM, AI text and image generation, SMS, email, voice, and reference data — under a single API key. Modules may be added, modified, or deprecated at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts and API Keys

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys. Each account may hold up to 32 active API keys. API keys are shown once at creation and are not recoverable; you must generate a new key if the original is lost. You are liable for all activity conducted under your API keys. Snapbrix reserves the right to suspend or revoke keys that violate these Terms.

4. Credits, Billing, and Pricing

Access to the Service is metered in Credits. Each API call deducts a number of Credits from your balance as specified in the pricing table below. Credits may be purchased on a pay-as-you-go basis or as part of a subscription plan (Bronze, Silver, Gold). Subscription plans offer bulk pricing — the more you commit, the lower the effective cost per Credit.

Price Lock Guarantee: When you activate a module, the Credit cost per call in effect at that time is locked to your account. If Snapbrix subsequently lowers the price for a module, your account will automatically receive the lower price. If Snapbrix raises the price, your locked-in price remains unchanged. This guarantee applies per module, per action, and is tied to the version of these Terms you accepted.

Subject to Change: Credit pricing for new module activations may change at any time. The table below reflects current pricing. Snapbrix will update this page when pricing changes; the effective date of each change is recorded.

* Prices shown are in Credits. To convert Credits to USD, divide by the Credits-per-dollar ratio of your plan. All prices are subject to change for new module activations. Existing locked-in prices are governed by the Price Lock Guarantee above.

5. Auto-Recharge

You may configure an auto-recharge threshold and amount. When your Credit balance falls below the threshold, Snapbrix will automatically charge your payment method on file for the configured recharge amount. You may disable auto-recharge at any time from your account settings. Snapbrix is not responsible for charges resulting from auto-recharge configurations you have set.

6. Usage Limits and Overage

Subscription plans include a monthly API call quota. When your quota is exhausted, API calls will return HTTP 429 (Too Many Requests) by default. You may configure your account to allow overage billing instead, in which case additional calls will be billed at the pay-as-you-go Credit rate. Snapbrix reserves the right to throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) transmit unsolicited bulk communications; (c) infringe the intellectual property rights of others; (d) distribute malware or engage in phishing; (e) attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or interfere with the Service infrastructure; or (f) resell or sublicense API access without written permission.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. All API request and response data is logged for a minimum of 24 hours. Extended log retention (7, 14, or 30 days) is available as a paid add-on. Logs may be used for billing verification, debugging, and abuse prevention.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNAPBRIX INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. Snapbrix may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or abuse. Upon termination, your API keys are revoked immediately. Unused Credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Changes to These Terms

Snapbrix reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance. The version of Terms you accepted at account creation or last explicit acceptance governs your pricing lock.
